We are a boutique catering company based out of Baltimore. We are the catering arm of Hoopla Hospitality (The Food Market – Hampden & Columbia, La Food Marketa, Quality Snowballs, Hoopla Catering).
We have some sample menus available on our website for you to peruse. That being said, we specialize in menu customization. We consider a vision, venue (this determines how we cook/execute), style of service, date (seasonality), and budget when creating a menu for you.
We use as many locally sourced and organic products as possible. We cook all of our food on site at your event, which not only allows us to provide an excellent product and experience, but also allows us to accommodate for unknown guest allergies and food aversions.
